• Direct, independent contact between seafarers and companies
  
  

Anchor Hub’s role is strictly limited to providing platform access and infrastructure.

2. No Employment or Recruitment Role

Anchor Hub:

• Does not employ seafarers
  
  

• Does not place, assign, or recommend crew
  
  

• Does not participate in hiring decisions
  
  

• Does not negotiate or influence employment terms
  
  

All employment relationships are formed exclusively and directly between seafarers and companies.

3. No Agency, Advisory, or Fiduciary Relationship

Access to the Anchor Hub platform -  including subscription-based access for companies does not create any:

• Fiduciary relationship
  
  

• Agency relationship
  
  

• Advisory relationship
  
  

• Representative or partnership relationship
  
  

between Anchor Hub and any platform user.

All users act independently and retain full responsibility for their decisions, actions, and outcomes.

4. Subscription & Fees Clarification

Company subscriptions grant:

• Technical access to the platform
  
  

• The ability to view voluntarily shared seafarer profiles
  
  

• The ability to initiate direct contact
  
  

Subscriptions do not:

• Grant hiring authority or preference
  
  

• Create any obligation of loyalty or representation
  
  

• Involve commission per hire or employment outcome
  
  

Subscription fees are not performance-based and are unrelated to recruitment results.

5. Data & Content Responsibility

• All information displayed on the platform is provided directly by users
  
  

• Anchor Hub does not verify, endorse, or guarantee user-submitted content
  
  

• Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their information
  
  

Anchor Hub does not sell, trade, or commercially exploit personal data.
